Good company
Glad to find this company, because we have made a really interesting package with them. I planned to travel to Armenia and needed a 5 days package. I had some preferences about the package but also wanted to hear some recommendations from them. I chose a double occupancy room and some places close to the capital, but their manager also recommended to take something very memorable and adventurous and during the discussion we ended up to choose the kayaking in a lake surrounded with unique mountains (Can't remember the name of it, sorry so much). They also advised to take a trip to Khor Virap and winery and add it to the package.
Each of the days was so unique and unforgettable. Also we are in love with Sevan lake. Truely beauty. So impressed.

Budget tour in Armenia
Dear team of JAN, we would like to thank you for giving that kind of good opportunity to visit good places even with limited budget. My friends and I were travelling outside of India for the first time and looked for a good and reliable company to organize trips and tours for us. We had limited budget but desired to visit Wings of Tatev so much and they helped us to organize the trips very fastly and tried to suit our budget and for that I am very thankful.
We didn't take the guide service for that time. Visited also Waterfall called Shaki (if i am not mistaken with the name). And had a traditional supper on our way.

Круто!
Я взяла трансфер с аэропорта в отель с компанией Джан Армения, после трансфера решила, что туры тоже стоит брать у них и не пожалела об этом. Я очень хотел посетить языческий храм в Армении. Но мы также посетили монастырь Гегхард (надеюсь имя написал правильно) и Симфонию камней. Наш гид Армине была очень профессиональной и рассказывала все самое интересное. А водитель Давид тоже был очень хорошим. Хотели бы брать еще туры с вами, но поскольку возникли вопросы и проблемы на работе, пришлось вернутся в Россию пораньше. Но планирую посетить еще летом

Nice guide and caring staff!
Took 2 trips with JAN. The tour to Garni and Geghard was so nice and was not exhausting. We were very happy that the tour was not that long and in addition we also visited Khor Virap in order to see mount Ararat. The places that we have visited, the activities that we have taken were so fun, that I am sure that we will still be back to amazing Armenia.
Now about the service, our guide was Marianna, a very nice girl with so much knowledge, she impressed our little group so much that surely we would love to travel with her again. Our driver for this tour was Ara . A very good driver with clean car and in addition he spoke fluent English!!
Thanks also to the people who organized our trip and assisted us.

So much emotions!
It was a really fun experience. As a lover of adventures, I decided to take an off road trip instead of standard one, and I didn't regret about it. They took us to a gorgeous fortress and for the first time in my life I have seen also a geyser. I experienced so much good and extreme emotions that I can't even describe. I have traveled with my brother and his friend and all of us are absolutely happy. The assistance from the office and our caring guide-driver David made our trip unforgettable.

Excellent service
Good job, thank you for support during the short period of us being in Yerevan.
The day before our transfer in the evening we decided to change the plans ane replace taxi service with transfer, because the tour one day before the transfer amazed us.
We were not surprised to get a comfy transfer from you! Hope to see you again next year.

Truely amazing
Truely amazing trip with Jan Tours, we have spent a lot of time and enjoyed snow sport activities in Tsaghkdzor. Our driver Ara was a kind and friendly man who was speaking English fliently and helped us a lot during the vacation. I traveled with my husband and daughter (7yo) it was quite suitable tour for our family. As the tours day was our last one in Armenia we could not take more excursions, but my husband asked them to organize also a transfer. Although we booked the transfer quite late the day before the office manager organized everything in a short term of time and everything was ok about the transfer.
Just wanted to say thanks for this kind of service in your wonderful country !

Best experience with the best company!
Went to Lori region with friends and even without a guide service the tour was very interesting and unforgettable. The monasteries Sanahin and Haghpat were really gorgeos, the nature of Lori admired me so much!
The day was finished with a dinner in the cafe-restaurant-cave and was really joyful.
All of my friends liked the tour.
Huge thanks to the manager who assisted me and my friends.
Always thought that tour agencies are interesting and suitable only the tourists, but as a local, it was really a great experience.

Good guide and driver
We have had an amazing experience recently. The tour was really well organized. Our driver Ara took us to the most beautiful places in Armenia. Also he had great driving skills and could communicate with us in English fluently. The vehicle was very comfortable and we didn't even notice how long the road was.
The nature in Armenia is absolutely perfect, food is delicious and people are kind and helpful. My family is in love with Armenia, surely we will visit Armenia again, this time for a longer period of time, and take more tours from this company. Huge thanks to the driver and the office manager, who helped us to choose the tours.

Thank you dear Jan Armenia for that kind of service. I am truely amazed. Had taken with you tour to Tsaghkadzor and lake Sevan. The nature was just amazing.
Thanks to our driver and guide for making our day so perfect. Guide provided detailed information about the places that we visited. She was a real professional. The driver was very kind to us and helped a lot during our trip. They both were very friendly and hospitable. Huge thanks to this company for the provided information and help.
