Super company
I have taken the transfer from my hotel in Yerevan to the hotel in Dilijan.
Everything was organized well and I liked the comfort of the vehicle. It was clean and the driver was polite and kind to me.

Absolutely loved the company and my tours
I have taken 3 tours with this company:
1. Garni pagan temple, monastery and symphony
2. Tatev monastery and cable car the longest in the world
3. Dilijan, Deer Farm...
Of course my favorite became Tatev monastery and I am absolutely in love with the place.
Now about the service:
I have bought the tours right from their office. The office staff was very hospitable and friendly, helped with choosing the tours and making them unforgettable.
During all of the tours, they took me from my apartment even though it was not in the center.
For all of the days our driver was David and I am very happy for it, because he talked fluent English was a good friend on my way and helped me a lot during the tour.

best service with helpful and professional staff
I took a private transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi border with that company. We started from Yerevan at 04:30 am and driver took me right from my hotel. Thanks to driver Ara and office manager for organizing safe transfer with clean vehicle and wifi.

unforgettable private trip and transfer
I loved combining my business trip with some tours and activities. Zip line here was amazing, also could take a horseback riding service.
Also took with this company transfer to the border of Tbilisi. So helpful and friendly staff. Huge thanks

Private tour in Armenia
I have left part of my heart in the mountains around Tatev. I loved that place so much that I will be back to Armenia once more to go there.
Regarding the excursion, I would like to mention that I have found them via tripadvisor, then also saw some reviews in their website and decided to buy from JAN and it was a good decision. I am pleased with the service I got in their office. As the office was in the centre I decided to buy from there. The location of the office is very comfortable (Republic Square of Yerevan). Girls in the office organized the tour really fastly and I didn't have to spend a lot of time there dealing with the booking. We decided to start the tour early because the destination was quite far from Yerevan. We started at 7:30
Our driver Ara took us from our apartament and then we left. Had a stop in a food court and the continued our way due to the itinerary. I am very thankful for this trip and I would choose this company again and again.

Memorable excursion, best company
I am in love with Armenia. This company helped me a lot to explore my favorite country. I was very excited to travel with them. As a Christian, I liked this tour very much, as we went to their holy city Ejmiatsin and visited there some churches. Then we continued our way to the beautiful pagan temple in another region. I liked the view there.
The best company I traveled with in Armenia. They assisted me very kindly, helped to choose tours and pay with website. They helped me even when I asked them questions out of the topic of tours. Our guide Marianna and our driver David were very professional and helpful.
Thanks to the whole staff.

Best transfer service

Arabic speaking guide and manager
The only company that had both arabic speaking manager and arabic speaking guide
Our best experience connected to the company was speaking with an arabic communicating manager, who was very helpful and supported us to choose tours in Armenia.
Took a 4 days, 3 nights package with winter activities. The days in Tsaghkadzor were adorable, the manager was always available, the guide and driver were very kind and professional specialists. Although we know Eglish and communicate in English it was our pleasure to meet a professional manager with good communicating skills in Arabic. Thank you, dear Khano for your help and assistance during our time in Armenia. Also huge thanks to driver Ara and our guide (couldn't remember the name). The organizing of the tours was so fast and impressive. Though we hadn't a lot time to choose and book with such kind of assistance it was not a very big issue.
Looking forward to coming again!

Good prices for individual tours
Good prices for individual tours and good reviews in their tripadvisor made me take tours with this company. Whenever in Armenia, take tour with them, so helpful and friendly team, I felt like I was in the house of an old friend in their office. They entertained me a cup of coffee and explained the programs of their tours with deep patience. Girls in the helped me also when I had issue with my hostel. So, surely I couldn't choose a better agency. I took only one tour, because I had limited time in Yerevan. I went to Dilijan and Deer Farm. The nature in Dilijan was so unforgettably beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The people in Armenia were very hospitable, but the office staff will always stay in my heart. I am so thankful.

Client-oriented company!
A client oriented company like this needs to have a lot of reviews here, they helped us so much during our vacation. As a tour agent in Australia I liked the service I got in this company so much, my mum was absolutely happy with the recommendations and the trips we got here thank you.
