It was wonderful City tour I have ever had
Our experience with Jan Armenia on the Yerevan City Evening Walking Tour was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, every moment was filled with wonder and discovery.

Unforgettable experience!
We booked the tour last moment (10 pm the night right before the tour) and we didn’t have any organisational issues. The tour guide Anna did an exceptional job telling us about the history of Armenia and the places we visited, both in Russian and English, as the group didn’t speak one language. The driver was also exceptional, despite not the smooth roads and the many turns, he was able to ensure a safe drive for everyone. The wine tasting in the end of the tour was also great. We tried 7 different local wines. Once again, thank you for the amazing service! I strongly recommend this tour to everyone.

100% recommended
After spending 15 years in USA, I have returned to my Armenia and decided to visit all of the popular and hidden destinations of my homeland. The first company that I have dealt with in Armenia, was JAN Armenia tours and I have booked 4 excursions from them. I went to Garni and Geghard, was in Khor Virap, participated in horseback riding and have a little hike to the hidden waterfall of Haghartsin. I have travelled with my wife. Both of us were very pleased and surely will choose them again whenever in Armenia once more.
My wife has always had issue with self feeling during long roads, but our driver David amazed us, honestly. We didn't even feel that some of the roads were really quite long.
We didn't choose guide service, because we had read a lot before coming to Armenia about its history and the visited places, so we just needed a good companion and seeing the places that we have dreamt to see for such a long time.
I am so happy to find such a good service in Armenia.

Clean and comfortable vehicle, professional guide
I was looking for a travel agency with good English speaking guide, because earlier I had an issue with finding a good English speaking guide in the neighbour country Georgia. JAN travel agency organized a tour for my family in English with a very good guide Marianna. Frankly speaking, I was quite surprised when I found out that our drive Ara also spoke fluent English. We visited such places s Garni pagan temple and the monastery located not far from the temple. We had to stops to see and take photos of gorgeous Ararat mountain. The weather was very fine so we could see Ararat both from Khor Virap and from the Arch. Saying that I am pleased, is so little. I adore this company, honestly. Our supporting manager Lilith was also very kind and helped me during all of my stay in Yerevan even with questions that were out of my trip information. I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who organized my tour.

Клиентоориентированность на вышем уровне
Уже второй год путешествую в прекрасную Армению и не первый раз путешествую с компанией Джан Армения. Взяли 3 туров в Армению с ними. Единственное, что хотела бы сказать это то, что они прекрасно справляются с работой и их клиентоориентированность на вышем уровне. Спасибо большое за всех туров, которые сделали нашу поездку такой веселой. Мне все очень понравилось :)

Reliable company
This company is so reliable! I reserved a transfer in the night and it was organized perfectly. The driver was there on time, the car was clean and comfy.

For wine lovers a perfect idea
Wine and travel. What can be more perfect than this?
Our driver Ara accompanied us during our transfers and tours. I was in Armenia for the first time and ordered all of my transportation and tour services from JAN Armenia company.
Our driver was Ara, a polite man with kind heart, who bought for me and my husband gata for degustation. He was fluent in English and had good communication skills. Once during our tours we have chosen a guide service, our guide was Nara, a very professional and smiley lady with incredible informative skills. Thanks for my transfers and tours.
Best regards to the organizing team of the office for being client-oriented and kind.

Прекрасная страна и не менее прекрасная компания с отличным сервисом
Оставила частчку себя в Армении, в областе Сюник
Я пришла с Казахстана, мое первое соло путешествие я организовала в Армению. Я была в Армении где-то 7 лет назад, а теперь все в этой прекрасной стране было иначе. Я решила взять тур в Татевский монастырь, а потом также пользоватся канаткой. Я выбрала эту компанию. потому что туры у них были разнообразные и очень интересные. Моим водителем был Ара, очень дружелюбный и професиональный, знал многое о своей стране. Машина был у нас очень комфортный Мерседес. Все было чисто и это большой плюс.
Я пока в Армении и буду еще обратится к Вам.

Best service!
I have traveled a lot to many countries and when I decided to come to Armenia, I also took some tours in Tbilisi. Just in order to compare, I am absolutely pleased with the service and hospitality in Armenia, the organizator of the tour that I have taken was very kind and helped me a lot during my whole presence in Armenia. My mom and I were traveling alone and they were a reliable friend for us in Armenia. Just in case there are questions about my reservation, I have reviewed them in social media read a lot of reviews in tripadvisor and chose them, got in touch with them via e-mail and received a fast reply in 5 minutes. That is what I liked so much. I have no words to describe the politeness and kindness of driver. Also took a transfer to Tbilisi from them , I am very thankful :)
