FAQs

Day 1. Arrival in Yerevan

Transfer from airport to Yerevan. Check-in in the hotel.

Day 2. Garni Temple, The gorge of “Symphony of stones”, Geghard monastery

Duration: 6-7 hours / Distance: 90 km

The best holidays always include both cultural and adventurous activities. During this day, we will visit the only preserved pagan temple in Armenia called Garni temple, we will walk to the natural monument Symphony of Stones and UNESCO Heritage monastery Geghard. On our way, we will also have a stop at the Arch of Charents. During this trip, you can feel both the vibes of Paganism and Christianity.

Day 3. Lake Sevan, Sevanavank Monastery, Dilijan, Haghartsin Monastery, Parz Lake

Duration: 9-10 hours / Distance: 230 km

During the second day’s tour we will have a stop at Sevan Lake and will visit Sevanavank Мonastery. Sevanavank is located on the peninsula of Sevan. In 305, it was founded by St. Gregory the Illuminator, who built the church on the place of a pagan temple. After we will head to Armenian Switzerland, where we will visit the unique monastic complex Haghartsin and then will head to Lake Parz, where you can have a rest or just admire the nature of Dilijan. Here you can also use services of cafes, Zip-Line or boating. After having free time here, we will return to Yerevan.

Day 4. Khor Virap Monastery, Areni winery / Areni-1, Mineral water gallery of Jermuk, Jermuk Waterfall

Duration: 11-12 hours / Distance: 350 km

South of Armenia is famous for its unique rocky nature full of views of Armenian mountains. You will have the opportunity to visit the best both natural and architectural sights of our country’s Southern part. First, we will have a stop at Khor Virap Мonastery, which is the nearest point to Biblical Mountain Ararat. Later we will visit the first winery or the first cave and then continue our way to beautiful Jermuk City. In Jermuk we will visit the mineral waters gallery and the waterfall called “Mermaid’s Hair”. We will come back to Yerevan and have an overnight here.

Day 5. Walking city tour in Yerevan

Duration - 3 hours

Sightseeing tour in Yerevan is a perfect way to discover the history and culture of one of the oldest cities in the world. The city tour will include the best places of city center. We will start the tour from the office of Jan Armenia Tours and Travel and will finish it at the top of the Cascade. After the tour you will have free time in Yerevan.

Day 6. Check-out

Visit to GUM Market / Vernissage Market. Transfer from Yerevan to airport. Departure from Yerevan.

Payment methods
  1. Bank transfer is the transfer of an corresponding amount to the bank account of the organization. You can pay in drams, rubles, dollars and euros.
  2. Online payment is the payment made through the official website of the organization. At the moment it is possible to make a payment with Visa / Master cards of any exchange rate.
  3. Card payment is the payment via Visa / Master card through the POS terminal in the organization's office. The amount of the excursions/service is presented in Armenian drams, but you can pay with any exchange rate card (your bank changes the exchange rate of the corresponding amount). The organization does NOT CHARGE extra amount during card payment.
  4. Cash payment is the payment at the office of the organization by cash. Payments are accepted only in Armenian drams. There is a bank and ATM next to the organization's office.
Purchase, Changing & Cancellation policy

You can buy this service in full or book it by paying 30% of the total amount. In case of booking, you will pay the rest of the cost of your service online before providing the service or in cash / non-cash at the organization's office.

In case of changing the date of service, no fee will be charged if you inform the organization at least 24 hours before the service is provided, and in case of later notification on change - 10% of the total cost will be charged. It is possible to change the direction or type of service only at least 24 hours before the service is to be provided. In this case, the final calculation is made, the corresponding changes are made, if possible.

In the case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure, the entity has the right to change, reduce or cancel the approved purchase. In case of cancellation by the organization, you are offered another equivalent service.

Without any penalty purchase cancellation is available at least 24 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider.
