  How do I cancel/modify a booked tour?

Cancellations or changes of the services must be notified in writing form by e-mail, where the reasons for cancellation or changes should be indicated. The process of cancellation or change is considered completed only after You receive a response letter confirming the cancellation or change. Click here for more information.

 

 

         

  How and where can I pay for my tour?

You can pay for your tour in two ways: the traditional method or online.

Traditional method: You can book services and pay at Operator’s office (address: 2 Abovyan str., Yerevan, Armenia). All offline payments must be done by Armenian drams (AMD).

Online method: You can book services and pay online. You can book preferred service and pay by online payment systems. We accept VISA and Master Cards and payments with ArCa system. The base currency for all services is AMD, and all currency exchanges will be done according to the fixed rate of The Central Bank of Armenia for that day.

  If one of the tarvelers cannot depart, can we substitute him/her with another?

In most cases, it is possible to substitute atraveler. Information on your concrete case is necessary to be inquired from manager, which is engaged in arrangement of your tour.

  Do your services include insurance?

Our company has a valid insurance for all vehicles, which also includes insurance for each seat of the vehicle. Thus, passengers in the vehicle are insured. 

 

  Can I rent a car with/without a driver?

  How many days beforehand should I book my individual/group tour?

We recommend booking your individual or group tour at least 24 hours in advance. Our team will schedule an individual tour at your request or pick up a group tour on days that are convenient for you. 

  What do I have to pay additionally when buying a tour?

The price of the tour does not include extra tours and activities that are not included in the program. It also does not include the purchase of souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, sweets, etc. 

  What is weather like in Armenia?

Summer is hot and dry (from + 22C to +38C), and Winter, in spite of not being so long, is cold enough (from -15C to -1C). Armenia is a very sunny country (300 days a year) and the weather here is surprisingly diverse

  Where to get free WiFi in Armenia?

Free WiFi in Armenia is available in almost all UNESCO World Heritage sites. 

The places of free WiFi in Yerevan are the followings; metro stations, bus stops, public parks, cafes and restaurants, libraries and museums, shopping centers, etc. All the vehicles of our company have free internet access. 

  What is the currency in Armenia?

The Armenian Dram (AMD) is used as the official currency unit of the Republic of Armenia. According to the RA legislation all the goods and services are paid in AMD. Any other currency can be exchanged in banks and currency exchange points. In case the amount exceeds AMD 100,000 you will need to have your passport.

  What is the visa policy in Armenia?

To enter Armenia, the citizens of foreign countries must have valid passport, entry visa or a document of residency status. Foreign visitors for whom a visa-free regime is in effect can stay in Armenia for up to 180 days during one year.  For citizens of other states, visas are issued for maximum of 120 days with possibility to extend for another 60 days. Visitors can get a visa upon arrival at Zvartnots International Airport. The documentation process takes about 20-25 minutes. E-visas are also available for foreign citizens (https://evisa.mfa.am). Generally, e-visas are approved and issued on line within two business days. 

 

 

  Which airlines provide flights to Armenia?

Armenia has two international airports - "Zvartnots" International Airport in Yerevan and "Shirak" International Airport in Gyumri. The following airlines fly to and from Armenia: Aegean Airlines, RyanAir, WizzAir, Middle East Airlines, FlyDubai, Etihad Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Ural Airlines, Atlasglobal, Ukraine International Airlines, S7 Airlines, Aeroflot Russian Airlines, UTair, Nord Wind Airlines, Air France, Air Arabia, PegasFly, Armenia Airways, Czech Airlines, Red Wings, LOT Polish Airlines, Georgian Airlines, etc.

Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Mineralnye Vody, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Sochi, Kiev, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Vienna, Barcelona, Warsaw, Bucharest, Tbilisi, Beirut, Tehran, Sharjah, Doha, Sharm-el-Sheikh, Dubai, Tel-Aviv, etc.

  What restrictions are in force in Armenia?

For foreign nationals the entry of RA open both by air and by land, in case they present either a vaccination certificate or a certificate with a negative result of PCR test, no later than 72 before entering the country.
