Description
TUC is a social enterprise that offers tent accommodation in the beautiful nature of Dsegh village, Lori region. It is designed for those who prefer nature-based active recreation.
Armenia is an open-air museum, and Lori is one of the most remarkable and rich halls of that museum, where traces of human cultural activity come from ancient times. The main wealth of Lori, however, is not the monuments and nature, but people who are hospitable and a little naive, who love their country, land and water, nature, tree and flower.
The TUC tourism initiative is an attempt to integrate Lori, to bring together monuments, nature and, most importantly, people. Here you can get acquainted with the local food, spend the night in tents instead of hotels, communicate with people, walk on rural paths and roads. Everyday life spiced with culture, of which thousands of people want to be a part.
The camp base is fenced, there is a kitchen in the area, with 2 bathrooms with shower facilities. The rest of the area is free, which is intended for setting up tents, recreation for tourists, as well as organizing various events. It can be said that currently TUC is considered to be the most diverse tourist complex service provider structure which by its nature and service saturation may not have such an area.
Today the camp provides about 28 services, which are classified as:
- Adventure (cycling, hiking, survival quests and Zilling),
- Rural (honeycomb, tender cheese making, animal care, wild plant collection, harvesting, haymaking)
- Historical and cultural (Tumanyan House Museum, St. Gregory Church, Forty Children Monastery (և eco) bird watching, hiking)
- Lunch (breakfast, lunch, dinner made with rural products)/
- Entertainment (Navigation, Fishing, Night Bonfire, Music)
- Events (corporate gatherings, weddings, birthdays, toothpicks…)
- Excursions (hiking historical and cultural monument, traditional Armenian team building games, navigation, fishing)

Purchase, Changing and Cancellation policy
You can buy this service in full or book it by paying 50% of the total amount. In case of booking, you will pay the rest of the cost 72 hours before providing the service.
In case of changing the date of service, no fee will be charged if you inform the organization at least 72 hours before the service is provided.
In the case of extreme force majeure, the entity has the right to change, reduce or cancel the approved purchase. In case of cancellation by the organization, you are offered another equivalent service.
Without any penalty purchase cancellation is available at least 72 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. For full information on money refund and other costs related to that can be found in the Public Contract.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer is the transfer of an corresponding amount to the bank account of the organization. You can pay in drams, rubles, dollars and euros.
- Online payment is the payment made through the official website of the organization. At the moment it is possible to make a payment with Visa / Master cards of any exchange rate.
- Card payment is the payment via Visa / Master card through the POS terminal in the organization's office. The amount of the service is presented in Armenian drams, but you can pay with any exchange rate card (your bank changes the exchange rate of the corresponding amount). The organization does NOT CHARGE extra amount during card payment.
- Cash payment is the payment at the office of the organization by cash. Payments are accepted only in Armenian drams. There is a bank and ATM next to the organization's office.

For kids
The night stay is free for kids under 3 years old when sharing a room with an adult.
