The guest house opened in 2018, immediately becoming one of the business cards of the city. It is distinguished by its unique, hospitable atmosphere, which is more reminiscent of a Gyumri parental home than just a place to spend the night. The testimony is the reactions and comments of many guests, made both on tourist sites and in the logbook kept at the guest house. "Hay Aspet" has already received a quality mark of 9.3 rating from Booking.com.
The guest house building of 1870 is included in the list of "Kumayri" reserve-museum in Gyumri, it is located only 3 minutes walk from the Central Square of the city. It can be reached quickly, easily from the city railway, bus station. In the immediate vicinity of the building are H. Shiraz and Av. Isahakyan's house-museums, as well as Mher Mkrtchyan's museum, ancient churches, Shirak diocese, central square, Ryzhkov avenue with its charm, entertainment places, "October" cinema built in 1924, central park and other interesting places. There are also various high-end shops, pharmacies, beauty salons, dental centers nearby. The street is renovated and illuminated.
After two years of renovation, the building has retained its 150-year-old face and charm, while receiving all modern conveniences. The house is interesting with its history. It is one of the oldest houses in the city, which served as a headquarters during the Russo-Turkish war, as evidenced by the weapons found. The house consists of two separate floors: "Knight" and "Byzantine Princess" with their bedrooms, bathrooms, living room-kitchen. The guest house is furnished with vintage furniture, equipped with all modern equipment: refrigerator, microwave, iron, hairdryer. Crib and baby linen is provided. Adult linen is embroidered.
The area has a video surveillance system outside, there are fire and security systems inside. Immediately before the arrival of each guest, the whole area is disinfected, regardless of the presence of coronavirus. Hygiene items are provided, such as three towels for each guest, bathrobes, and bath slippers by gender. A light banquet table awaits the guest upon arrival. There is even an artificial waterfall to cool off in the summer heat and meditate. Each room has a TV in the common room, free Wi-Fi. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 guests at a time.

Purchase, Changing and Cancellation policy
You can buy this service in full or book it by paying 50% of the total amount. In case of booking, you will pay the rest of the cost 72 hours before providing the service.
In case of changing the date of service, no fee will be charged if you inform the organization at least 72 hours before the service is provided.
In the case of extreme force majeure, the entity has the right to change, reduce or cancel the approved purchase. In case of cancellation by the organization, you are offered another equivalent service.
Without any penalty purchase cancellation is available at least 72 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. For full information on money refund and other costs related to that can be found in the Public Contract.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer is the transfer of an corresponding amount to the bank account of the organization. You can pay in drams, rubles, dollars and euros.
- Online payment is the payment made through the official website of the organization. At the moment it is possible to make a payment with Visa / Master cards of any exchange rate.
- Card payment is the payment via Visa / Master card through the POS terminal in the organization's office. The amount of the service is presented in Armenian drams, but you can pay with any exchange rate card (your bank changes the exchange rate of the corresponding amount). The organization does NOT CHARGE extra amount during card payment.
- Cash payment is the payment at the office of the organization by cash. Payments are accepted only in Armenian drams. There is a bank and ATM next to the organization's office.
