General: The following terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with “Global Colibri” LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your bookings, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

This document shall come into effect at the moment when the Customer fills in his or her personal data in the registration form when booking the tours/ accommodation/ car/ transfer.

 

Payment methods

The Costumer need to choose the payment method – online or offline.

  1. Online purchase: You can book services and pay in at Operator’s office (address: 2 Abovyan str.) or buy your tours online. All offline payments must be done by Armenian drams (AMD).
  2. Online purchase: You can book services and pay online. Now acceptable are VISA and Master cards and ArCa payment system. The base currency for all services is AMD, and all currency exchanges will be done according to google finance average rate for that day.

The price is the same for online and offline payments. Please, get informed, what’s included in mentioned price.

 

Bookings details

General: For the all types the bookings’ form needs to be fully completed. After the confirmation, you will get the e-mail with all details. Please check your e-mail carefully as soon as you received it. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect or incomplete.

For the booking the daily tours (regular) please note:

  1. Children, under the age of 4, can travel free.
  2. Children, 4-10, travel 50% off.
  3. Starting from 11 years old, the price is calculated as adults.

Without any payment, you can book regular tours up to 120 000 AMD.

You are obliged to pay in advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty) of the total amount, in case of booking the tours amount more than 120000 AMD. The other part of the payment must be done 1 day before the service provided.

For any type of bookings, all payments must be done minimum 1 day before.

For the booking the travel packages or individual tours, you are obliged to pay in advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty) of the total amount. The other part of the payment must be done 1 day before the service provided.

For the booking the accommodation, you are obliged to pay in advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty) of the total amount. The other part of the payment must be done after arriving.

For the booking the car/ transportation service, you are obliged to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty) of the total amount. The other part of the payment must be done after arriving.

 

Cancellation of purchase & Refund

Cancellation from company: All regular tours are guaranteed. But, in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the company is entitled to change or cancel the services provided, offering compensation or equivalent service.

Cancellation from customer: Cancellation of bookings must be notified to us by letter or email as soon as possible, mentioned the main reason of cancellation. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us.

The following cancellation charges for regular tours and car/ transportation services will be payable.

The following cancellation charges for individual tours/ travel packages will be payable.

How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment. All bank charges arising in connection with payment refund shall be borne by the Customer.

Force Majeure

The parties are relieved from responsibilities, if the obligations have not been fulfilled due to unexpected circumstances (earthquake, flood, war, interruption of works of communicative means, situations that are common for the given district or apartment block, etc.).

Insurance

“Global Colibri” LLC has an insurance for all the vehicles which includes also the insurance for each seat of the vehicle. Thus all the damages caused to the passengers during the time they are in vehicle will be compensated by the insurance company in accordance to the contract between “Global Colibri” LLC and relevant insurance company.

Security of personal data

Your data privacy protection is very important for us. We take technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or destruction.

The operator does not check the personal data provided by the customer, considering them credible. The customer takes responsibility of incomplete and incorrect information. According to the regulations of the “Global Colibri” LLC, the company is obligated to ensure the privacy of your information and the operator is obligated not to provide it to 3rd party, excluding

Final Provisions

  1. This document is a signed agreement between customer and operator which defined the terms of use. In case of problems, the contract is the main document which is also available in the website.
  2. If the specific cases missing in the contract, the operator and customer relations are regulated by the legislation of RA.
  3. In the case of problems, firstly, operator and customer will solve issues via negotiations otherwise; they will be solved based on the legislation of RA.
  4. If some clauses are invalid by Court, it does not mean that others are invalid in the contract.
  5. The customer agrees on all clauses listed in the contract at the moment of buying a card.
  6. The Operator has the right to stop online sales of all types of cards due to force majeure. Before that, the purchases are considered valid. Due to unexpected circumstances (force majeure), without notice to the customer, the operator has the right to stop the site.
